This position is responsible for the sanitation of assigned areas and provides relief coverage for the
Assistant Millers and Elevator Operators. Duties include sweeping, shoveling piles of spilled
material, blowing down overhead areas, washing down areas, assisting in mill repairs, measuring
wheat and flour bins, and cleaning the elevator and track areas. The Utility position is required to
fill other duties as assigned.
